Charlotte has over 15 years of experience in building and scaling businesses in Switzerland and globally. Loving challenges and seeing opportunities in everything she does, Charlotte first founded a media agency in Switzerland, build it successfully and in a short time. She got head hunted to start, build and scale the specialty logistic company YSDS in Switzerland and world-wide. A true entrepreneur with strength’s in sales, management and business development.

Charlotte studied English, economics and psychology in Oxford, UK. She then moved to Oslo, Norway and combined her studies between psychology and economics.

She graduated with a Masters Degree in Business and Economics at Handelshoyskolen BI in Oslo in 2004, with a major in Organizational Psychology.

Her true passion is her love for tennis.  As a junior she competed on a top level in Sweden and her intensive experience as a leading seeded junior tour player gave her an amazing winning mindset, a never give up spirit and that hard work is the main reason behind all successful people. Networking and connecting with people is a given for Charlotte and she learns something from everyone she meets. In her free time she spends time with her family playing tennis, hiking, skiing and relaxing.

Thomas has over 20 years of reinsurance and capital markets experience gained in the US, UK and Switzerland. After co-founding his own reinsurance MGA in 2013 – called clavis re – he continuous to successfully manage the company and the relationships with the six backing international reinsurance companies.

Previously, Thomas led the build-up of Ariel Re’s Swiss branch and a profitable growth of specialty reinsurance business across 20+ countries where he also served as executive board member of the Bermuda parent. Prior to joining Ariel Re, Thomas held various management positions at Swiss Re in Zurich, New York and London,

last as global head of underwriting for all credit reinsurance and insurance businesses including credit & surety, political risk, infrastructure and trade finance.

As an economist, Thomas holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and is also an alumni of Stanford University’s executive program.

Thomas enjoys working in international teams and is constantly looking to challenge and further improve the status quo which lead him to promote and lead numerous novelty transactions such as the first of its kind indemnity based ILS securitization of Swiss Re’s global credit book, called Crystal Credit.

Entrepreneur and CEO Özer Hincal has taken his company Arvento from a one-man bedroom-based operation to Turkey’s market leader in vehicle tracking systems and fleet management industry. And he isn’t stopping there.

Özer has positioned Arvento as the market leader in the region with over 100,000 clients and more than 1.000,000 vehicles in over 20 different countries, Arvento will only continue to expand.

Christoph is an attorney at law, graduated from the Universities of Basel and Geneva and will be pursuing an LL.M. degree at Harvard Law School starting in August 2021, thereby focusing on internet-related legal issues.Christoph has more than 5 years of experience in private practice and research, allowing him to combine pragmatic legal counselling and precision.

Currently he is working as Attorney with Walder Wyss Ltd., one of Switzerland's leading commercial law firms. Prior to his current position, he worked in the Group Legal Department of F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. and with Baker McKenzie in Zurich.

Christoph has been involved in counseling business start-ups and firmly established companies from various highly regulated industries on legal and regulatory issues. In addition, his experience in an in-house legal department has strengthened his entrepreneurial mindset.

In his free time, Christoph enjoys singing in a choir and spending time in the mountains. He believes in the importance of public service and, therefore, contributes to the community as a Reserve Officer of the Swiss Armed Forces and as a policymaker at a municipal level.

Tom is a graduate computer engineer from ETH Zurich, with a doctorate in Technical Sciences from ETH, and successfully completed an MBA in Business Engineering at the University of St. Gallen in March 2020. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience in enterprise software engineering, gained both in the US and in Europe. Tom was appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Member of the Executive Board of SwissSign Group AG in April 2020. Previously, Tom was a long-time member of C-level management at AdNovum Informatik AG (CEO of AdNovum Inc., CIO and CTO of AdNovum Group).

He also holds seats on the boards of directors of two other technology-related mid-size companies. He is currently supporting companies in the implementation of their growth strategies.

Tom has been involved in several industry-leading technology projects, such as Twint, the leading mobile payment solution in Switzerland, as well as CarDossier, a blockchain-based ecosystem around car lifecycle information. These projects all share a strong security and data-privacy focus, which is a basic prerequisite and key success factor for state-of-the-art digital business ecosystems.

Stefan has graduated from ETH Zurich in 2004 with a degree in Computational Science and Atmospheric Physics. Since then, he has worked in various functions in insurance and reinsurance at Swiss Re and was the architect of Swiss Re’s proprietary Natural Catastrophe risk models where he co-authored a patent for real-time hurricane loss forecasting.

In his function as Head of Natural Catastrophe, he was accountable for managing the global catastrophic risks of a 1.5 billion dollar Property & Specialty book and successfully built a market leading parametric insurance team which grew from almost zero to a high double digit million-dollar portfolio.

After his successful completion of an MBA at the University of St. Gallen in 2019 with focus on blockchain applications in insurance, he was forming and leading the innovation team for the entire Property & Specialty portfolio within Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, most recently bring a pioneer IoT enabled insurance solution to the market in collaboration with a strong tech partner.

Zulma brings extensive knowledge from the insurance industry, having spent more than 20 years in roles in the insurance value chain with companies like Marsh, Winterthur, Zurich and SwissRe. She knows all aspects of the trade, having bought and sold reinsurance for corporate solutions and international programs as well as covering the public sector and personal lines. She is passionate about technology, digital platforms and UX design and has a heart felt desire to democratize insurance distribution.

Zulma is the creator and designer of the first insurance business model and app to protect online stores, for seamless integration into eCommerce platforms. She combines vision and perseverance in designing workflows and goals. She also enjoys detail work, analyzing data, and measuring what matters.

A Colombian and Swiss citizen, resident in Switzerland for many years, she graduated with an MBA in Economics with a focus on insurance and will graduate soon as a UX Designer.
